What is your shipping policy?

  • We offer free US shipping on all orders. We do not offer international shipping. A third-party supplier manages our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. For more details, including estimated processing and shipping time frames, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

What is your return/refund policy?

  • All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges and no refunds will be issued. But please contact me if you have problems with your order.

When will my order ship?

How are your products printed?

  • I partner with Printify, a provider of an online marketplace that connects e-commerce merchants and print on demand manufacturers. It enables users to create and sell custom items with their design on their store, as well as manages production and shipping.
  • As a small business owner, this means that I do not have to worry about managing, storing, or protecting physical inventory, so I can focus on creating beautiful art for you!

Who creates your designs? 

  • I create all my designs myself! I work mostly in Procreate on my iPad. For photography, I work on a Nikon D3400 with a variety of lenses.

Can I request a custom design?

  • Yes! I would be happy to work with you on a custom design. Send me the details of your request and I will provide a cost estimate based on the scope of the project. 

A design I like isn't available on a specific product I'm looking for - can you help?

  • If you're looking for a product type that is not currently listed or available, I would be happy to attempt to source that product for you and provide a link for purchase.
